Square-Enix Teases New Game

Square-Enix has a mysterious new puzzler site upwards with a countdown clock. Judging aside the title of the site, we're guesswork it's for a new game.

Head to this url happening Square-Enix's Japanese site, and you'll be greeted with a quaint little sketch of a arcadian scene. The number 4 rests happening the right hand side of the window, with a countdown time currently ticking down from the 200s sitting above information technology. Whatever purpose could this site serve? Well…I wear't know, guessing from the title of the site my browser is displaying, I'm guessing it's for a NEW Unfit.

Refinemen, clearly, is not the forte of whoever put this little package together. As a teaser it definitely meets its aim, however, namely: to tease. I put on't have many guesses to wager as to what Unprecedented GAME this site is hinting at, though that 4 seems awfully indicative. Honorable fans have already put cardinal and two together and patterned that this could personify for Romancing SaGa 4, or peradventur a new Secret of Mana (the chief series would be connected its quarter title of respect in Japan, where information technology's Seiken Densetsu).

SaGa seems to be the more likely of the two possibilities, considering the casualness of the art and music connected the teaser site. SaGa has always had a same painterly art style, which reached its eyeshade in the watercolor-esque graphics in SaGa Frontier 2. The serial publication has never really had the Saami sort of mega-achiever that Terminal Fantasy and Dragon Quest do, but hey, you guys are always whining that Square needs to do dissimilar shove.
